2 Ingredient Pumpkin Muffins
quick and easy with the option to add even more!
Ingredients
- 1 box spiced cake mix
- 1 can pumpkin (15oz)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons raw sugar
- 1/2 cup cream cheese frosting
Instructions
- pre heat oven 325 and line the cupcake pans
- in a large bowl
- mix canned pumpkin and spiced cake mix
- fold in chocolate chips
- scoop into cupcake liners
- sprinkle with raw sugar
- bake for 20min @ 325
- pull out of oven to cool
- melt the cream cheese... 20 seconds of so
- drizzle the cream cheese on muffins
- add a candy corn
