Cheesesteak Wrap - LOW CARB
MUST TRY - This skillet cheese steak ca be made low carb or adjusted for the carb lovers in the house.
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 tbsp. steak seasonings (maybe some cayenne as well)
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/3 cup yellow / orange / red peppers - chopped
- 1/3 cup green peppers - chopped
- 1/3 cup cilantro - chopped
- 1/4 cup Provolone - shredded
- 1/4 cup Gruyere - shredded
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 wrap Extreme Fiber Wrap
ALTERNATIVE
- 1/3 cup mushrooms
- mayo to taste
- 1 sub roll
Heat the coconut oil up in the pan
Add the meat and the steak seasonings - brown the meat - cayenne at this time if you wish
Just as it is finishing browning add all veggies in
Saute' the veggies long enough for them to warm up and soak in the juices.
Add the cheese - cover with a lid for the cheese to melt and shut the pan off
LOW CARB - Serve over lettuce or in a low carb wrap
MARK'S WAY - Sub roll with mayo
