Bologna Burgers
Simple is the way to go- but the pickles matter
- 1/2 inch slice of bologna
- 1 Hawaiian roll
- 1 tbsp. Duke's Mayo
- 1 slice tomato
- 1 piece lettuce
- 1 side McDonald's pickles
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
Deli - you will have to order the bologna from the deli. We suggest 1/2 thick Boar's Head Bologna.
Slice 4 slits into the bologna as seen in pic. This prevents the bologna from forming a bologna cup while frying. Basically is keep the bologna flat.
Heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a skillet
Fry a couple minutes on each side, pat the oil off before adding to sandwich.
Assemble as your heart desire's but do not forget the pickles!
