Bologna Burgers

Simple is the way to go- but the pickles matter

Ingredients

  • 1/2 inch slice of bologna
  • 1 Hawaiian roll
  • 1 tbsp. Duke's Mayo
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1 piece lettuce
  • 1 side McDonald's pickles
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil

Instructions

  • Deli - you will have to order the bologna from the deli. We suggest 1/2 thick Boar's Head Bologna.
  • Slice 4 slits into the bologna as seen in pic. This prevents the bologna from forming a bologna cup while frying. Basically is keep the bologna flat.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a skillet
  • Fry a couple minutes on each side, pat the oil off before adding to sandwich.
  • Assemble as your heart desire's but do not forget the pickles!
  • Enjoy!
