Pudding French Toast

This is a quick recipe for one serving of French Toast.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Bisquick
  • 1 tbsp instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp cinnamon sugar
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 slices Potato Bread

Instructions

  • Beat the eggs
  • Add the cream and beat them a bit more
  • Add all the other ingredients and mix
  • Butter the pan and let it get hot
  • Dip the bread, flip the bread and let it sit for a second - do this to both slices and add to pan
  • cook it at a low to medium - takes a bit longer but I like to know the eggs are cooked and the toast does not burn
  • Plate and add powdered sugar and warm maple syrup
  • * I add butter to the syrup and heat it up
