Pudding French Toast
This is a quick recipe for one serving of French Toast.
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp Bisquick
- 1 tbsp instant vanilla pudding
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp cinnamon sugar
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 slices Potato Bread
Beat the eggs
Add the cream and beat them a bit more
Add all the other ingredients and mix
Butter the pan and let it get hot
Dip the bread, flip the bread and let it sit for a second - do this to both slices and add to pan
cook it at a low to medium - takes a bit longer but I like to know the eggs are cooked and the toast does not burn
Plate and add powdered sugar and warm maple syrup
* I add butter to the syrup and heat it up
