malarkey IRISH coffee

When making Irish coffee CLASSIC is always the way to go - but made the least often.


  • 1 oz Paddy's Irish Whiskey
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • Strong Coffee
  • Sprinkles


  • CREAM - whip it real good - set aside
  • brown sugar in glass
  • pour in hot strong coffee and stir
  • whiskey add in and stir
  • Top with the "whipped" cream and sprinkles
