This year has had so many ups and downs. Let’s be certain to make the time to stop and slow down. Give ourselves the time to really be thankful for what we have. Appreciation and Gratefulness can go a long way! Make certain to be really be present and thankful for all things.

The older you get, the more fragile you understand life to be.
I think that’s good motivation for getting out of bed joyfully each day.

Appreciation can change a day, even change a life. Your willingness to put it into words is all that is necessary.
Not what we say about our blessings, but how we use them, is the true measure of our THANKSGIVING.
Gratitude is the inward feeling of kindness received. Thankfulness is the natural impulse to express that feeling. Thanksgiving is the following of that impulse.
The roots of all goodness lie in the soil of appreciation for goodness.
An OPTIMIST is a person who starts a new diet on THANKSGIVING Day.
Now is no time to think of what you do not have.
Think of what you can do with what there is.
Once you start practicing being grateful and thankful for things, people, and events, you may notice that you start to attract more positive things, people, and events in your life.
