Self-Care – Why do we need it?
Self-Care is not selfish! Why do we need Self-Care? We need to take care of ourselves so that we are the best versions of ourselves. Putting ourselves last all the time will just make us tired and bitter.
It is important to maintain a a healthy version of ourselves so that we can give off positive vibes to others. Practicing regular self-care will help you sleep better, focus, and not to mention your mental and physical health. You do not need to go bananas and check into a spa for weeks on end, although that would be nice! There are lots of different things you can do that contribute to your mental health.
