Diet and Weight loss… always with the ups and the downs. Quarantine started and we jumped into shape. It was great going into the summer, 2020 bathing suit season was fabulous for me.
Summer ended and so did the working out. The focus shifted more to the children and their mental health. More dinners with the family and focusing on their mental health…. took me off track. Looking back I could have done a better job maintaining… but that would not have been delicious.
Making a U-Turn and getting back on Track. My plan is listed below. I will be trying my best to video daily a status update, this will keep me on track. Tuesdays will be my weigh in day.
- Side note – I am having a fun contest with a friend. Winner buys the other a Lilly Pulitzer zip up or pull over. My plan is to kick her butt, so I better start picking out my NEW Lilly!
