Happy National Linguine Day – September 15th – Let’s make… Alfredo Linguine with Pesto Chicken it’s just stupid simple. Sometimes you just want to make a quick dinner with no bells and whistles. This one is fast and leaves you with leftovers for everyone.

Linguine – Stupid Simple
Equipment
- crock-pot
- pasta pot
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1.5 pound chicken
- 1 container RANA Alfredo
- 2 tablespoons RANA Basil Pesto
- 1 box Linguine
Instructions
- Preheat Skillet to 350
- Add butter and garlic
- add chicken – saute for 2 min each side
- sliced chicken and place back in pan
- add pesto, reduce heat to 200
- cook chicken for 8 to 10 more minutes – flipping 1/2 way through
- Boil linguine
- Add extra virgin olive oil and Alfredo Sauce
- Plate and Sprinkle

Pre-Heat skillet to 350
melt butter and add in garlic
saute the chicken and sprinkle with pepper
reduce the temperature to 200
add in pesto and cook chicken for another 8 to 10 minutes
boil linguine
add in 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
add in the ENTIRE container of RANA Alfredo sauce
This made 8 servings.
