Green Juice Prep… it’s best to be prepared. Now that we are back to school the mornings are busier again. I started skipping the juicing because it is time consuming and my time was going to the littles. Skipping Mark and myself is not an option… so night time prep is the way to go. Measuring out the seeds and the powders as well as washing and cutting the celery the night before makes mornings so much easier. Staying on track and healthy is important especially during these times. Cheers to getting back on track!!!
