Vargas Cafe – There is just something about the beach and a good cup of Cuban Coffee from a Styrofoam cup that warms my soul. Cape Canaveral has this little hidden gem that you MUST try. My only issue was the hours… I do prefer my coffee earlier than 9am, but they were worth the wait. Guava and Cheese empanadas were ON POINT. These were made fresh when we ordered so they were extra delicious. So if you find your self in the area… give them a try, you will NOT be disappointed!
